I will definitely do this. Until then though, I usually do 2 pressing movements with a fly. 4 sets a piece for a total of 12 sets.

I agree with almost all of what you said but when you said light weights that was a red flag…you should still be lifting heavy weight while ALSO in control…focus on progressive overload. Each time I hit a body part I’m either adding weight or reps (generally speaking)…sometimes I do a pump style workout with a bit lower weight and higher reps
I agree with you 100%. I just meant I lift light than most people I see. The load is still pretty heavy for my little frame.

Yes I am. Small dose of test. About 400 MG a week.
And very high doses of thc lol
@JamesHoward-1987 I just started testosterone cypionate 5 weeks ago, got blood work done last week. Went from 268 to 631, doc said give it time, I wanted to increase the weekly dose,, do your levels continue to go up the longer you're taking it ? I threw in some boron citrate also to free up the bound testosterone from the shbg
@user-nf7ep1xt1q so I am not seeing an hrt specialist. I only do my blood work 3 times a year. I slowly kept using my dose until my blood pressure was too high and backed down. Last time I checked my T levels they were just over 900.

On a push pull routine, I know that back and biceps are pull and chest and triceps are push , then legs , where do the shoulders fall into this , I want to mix up my regular routine of chest and arms, back and shoulders and legs , thank you
I put my shoulder in their own training day. Putting me at 4 days of training and then a rest day. I know others that put their shoulders in the push category. I just think that is too many muscle groups for a workout.
@JamesHoward-1987 that sounds interesting, I'm thinking since that will make it a 4 day before rest, I can or should add another movement to each body part , I was doing 2 per body part... now I understand why YOU were doing for example, dumbell chest, bench and flies, thank you so much, I have a terrible habit of overthinking things , I'm excited 😊

Your videos are a daily gift. I love listening to your updates and how candid you are about your successes and failures. And your posing is on point. What I really enjoy, though, is watching your muscles naturally flex when you're not posing. It's fun to see one of your pecs bounce or your abs ripple as you move naturally. You're so muscular and fit that you probably don't even realize it's happening. But your fans do! Very impressive!
You are absolutely right, I only see the work ahead of me. I have to look several weeks or a month back on these videos to notice a change. What is going to be real exciting is when I start eating to grow next month.
