This video is a guide on how to make Grandmom Pappagallo’s Italian Christmas cookies (iced), AKA Italian Wedding Cookies, as presented by Cindy Urban.

This video shows our process for preparing tomato sauce. We purchased 8 boxes of Roma tomatoes (200 pounds) and processed them into 42 quarts of sauce. We began at approximately 10:00am and finished around 6:00pm. We keep the sauce simple so you can add to it later to use it for pasta, pizza, etc.

This video was created to explain the operation of my 1914 Ford Model T Touring Car. I had a lot of friends asking how it operates, so here’s a video. Yes, I know about not wrapping my thumb around the crank, but sometimes that’s the only way it wants to start…so go easy on me. I’m not a Model T expert, this is just my understanding and what works for me. Take it with a grain of salt.

This video chronicles the restoration of our 1956 International Harvester Farmall Cub tractor. Originally purchased in the 1970s by my grandfather and uncle to cut grass on our farm property near Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. This project started with the tractor being brought home on November 7, 2020 and ended with its completion on November 13, 2021.
