I'm 73 years old and also listening again...Loved this song and this lady in 1976. I know the song is ageless cuz the message is with us more now than ever before...So many morbidly obese in America and so much pain from body image.

I can totally relate to this song. I wasn’t very popular in high school. I was a geek on some levels as deathly afraid of talking to girls.

I relate to this song. I went from 5ft 2 inches in1972 to 5 ft 8 inches by the 1976. Ended at 5 foot 10". Finally came into my own during college in 1979-1983.
