How much is the rent monthly?

What is the monthly rental amount? On your link, it shows €42 per night. Is this a holiday property? Otherwise, charging per night doesn't seem right... as it makes it around €1200 a month for a 1 bedroom

Are pets allowed if we rent for a year? We have a little chihuahua we would be bringing over with us when we move.
