I've never had a problem with them yeah that is ridiculous to waste shipping material. someone obviously doesn't know how to package items. It looks like your package went thru the war smashed boxes. Everything that I have ordered came in good condition.
Omg sounds like a nightmare ordering online. I just can't deal with ordering online. The only orders I make online is Temu and Aliexpress and sometimes they take forever to arrive and I only make them because shipping is free lol. You know I have heard alot of people complaining about ordering from Joann. Love your your Haul. I was actually able to pick up some of those kits for myself. They are a very good deal with all the ephemera pcs you get. Enjoy TFS ❤😊
