It's always recommended to get it from the Dealer as it needs proper installation and the Dealer is responsible for the product and installation, With online products you will have to go to some shop for installation and then the installation person will have no responsibility for the product, better to find some JK dealer in some neighboring places. Don't go for online.

It shouldn't as these systems have a very good heat sinking system's and also places like Delhi NCR is very hot so we always keep AC on in car, May be if people are not using AC in car then system may heatup, but it still should'nt put any inverse effect on the same., as heat is sinked through back side, not from the screen.
