Good video Tom. You did really well on that one and hope you get more like it. I buy low damage salvage vehicles then rebuild them and turn in to rebuilt title vehicles. Since I am not a dealer and only do this for extra income because I'm retired, I do not offer financing. Is it possible for someone to get a loan to purchase a rebuilt title vehicle? I lean towards cheaper price vehicles as higher price ones people may have a hard time coming up with more money.

Do she have to also sign her Middle name if it is on there too?

I have a question? So if I understand this correctly, the buyer is the one who pays ALL the fees like sales taxes, tags/plates, salvage fee and title fee and not the seller? Is this the way it works, because you could easy pay $500 or more, depending on what the price of the car was.

What if i don't have the buyer info anymore and they refuse to help me can i still do the form by writing something else like "i don't know" i made a huge mistake not getting buyer info or doing this form the first 30 days.

I bought a 96 Impala from the original owner in California and have misplaced the title and Bill of sale just days after I received it . I took a picture of the title and have the wire transfer of funds to prove I paid the guy . The title had a lien that was signed off back in 2001 so the seller never took the title back to get the lien removed so it’s still showing a lien in the system . Will this affect me getting a bonded title? I have pictures that I took of the title , several messages between me and the seller , receipts from my bank of the wire transfer I sent to seller , I even have the original window sticker to the car aswell .

Thanks for posting the video ,I just watch it today and it is very informative , my question is about the inspection ,as TX is getting away with the annual inspections starting in 2025 ,would the salvage vehicles still need to pass a state inspection? Another question I have is about rebuilt vehicles from other states ,in order to be registered in TX do they have to pass a inspection again in order to be registered in TX? I was going to ask so if I buy a salvage titled super damaged/totaled vehicle from Copart, and get it running, inspected with insurance then I can get a rebuilt title for that vehicle ? Also do I have to have the car inspected before I fix anything ? For example when the car is destroyed , does someone have to inspect before and after ? So 2 total inspections ? Awesome video! I have few questions, is there an annual fee for the bonded title or once you get it your good then in 3 years pay $33 to take the bonded part off. Also does that make it similar to an original title and make it yours even if the owner comes back. (Not that I’m worried just curious) I bought a 1971 C10 from a family friend and the guy he got it from lost the title I checked and its not stolen not salvaged and pretty sure it does not have a lien and meets the other criteria for application. It has Texas antique plates that went out in 2018 so would I do something different in that case? I know that’s a lot of info and questions I’ve just been really wanting to title this truck bad for 5 years and after this video I feel like it’s possible. Thank you so much!

If you have 4 speeding tickets and two at-fault accidents your insurance is more. If you have a heart problem your life insurance is higher (if you can even qualify. So, why shouldn't cars be more expensive?

Tom, Here's a unique one! Purchased a car ~ 7 weeks ago and title has not been transferred (b/e HE somehow, in just unloading the car from the trailer, gave me a knee staph infection that turned to sepsis and 6 weeks in hospital on antibiotic IVs!) (If it's hard for you to believe after being unconcious for most of June it's friggin unreal for me to deal with and believe. Unreal to me..; but this shit happened! Lost my job from it too. NOW I have to sell the car. Fortunately have a buyer. What titling hoops do I have to go through to take signed Title from Seller (infected I found out!) to get this sold to the new buyer. (Not to mention I had my stuff stolen while in hospital too boot.) Anyway, I may call you for expediency/ help PLEASE. GIVING YOU GOOD REVIEWS EVERYWHERE I CAN. YOU ARE VERY KIND AND HELPFUL WITH YOUR POSTINGS!
