Řešení by mělo být jednoduché a to snížit dávkování na 2 až 3 kapky esenciálního oleje. Pokud je kapek víc, tak na hladině vznikne povlak z esenciálního oleje na kterého difuzi nemá Lucy dostatečný výkon a difuzér pak nevypouští páru nebo jen slabě. Tato rada již mnohým pomohla, ale pokud by problém přetrvával, tak se ozvěte na naši zákaznickou linku a něco vymyslíme.
