Stalker very god in solo modes at any upgrades and gear. Hurricane always god in team fights, but not solo. Slayer too, hard in solo and god in 5vs5 like Berta. Smog very slow, but if you have pactience and going at low noise he is deadly without gear

Up to what level though? If I chose to main Levi as soon as I unlocked her. Throw in Bastion as well. By mythic they are pretty much useless to me until maybe Celestial definitely Stellar. I would argue that Hurricane is 2nd fastest shotgunner next to Arnie with 2 pg and runner boots. Stalker is actually the fastest AR hero with 2 PG and runner boots if you were to disregard Vi and her dashes

Hurricane can easily solo carry in games and is not hard to use and stalker is a very good hero and very solid choice to upgrade
