Hiking the Uhud Mountain | The day I was helped by Indian couple and locals
Prophet Muhammad said that Uhud is the mountain that loves us and we love it. It is also called mountain of Jannah.
In this vlog we reach the highest point of Uhud. We start at the archer’s mount where Prophet Muhammad ﷺ appointed 50 archers during battle. As we hike we see Uhud cave, the place where Muhammad ﷺ rested after he got injured in the battle.
We also visit Al Fas-h mosque, where Muhammad ﷺ offered prayers after the battle of Uhud. Right at the bottom of Uhud mount is an archeological site, where you can see ancient engraving on rock.
We then headed towards the summit, where I was helped by an Indian couple. I managed to cover some distancein their car, after which it could not go any further. Therefore we parked it by the road and carried onwards by foot.
Soon we reached a point where I had to say goodbye to the dirt road and had to hike on steep loose rocks to reach summit.

Hi - price from makkah to madina bus was around 70 Saudi Riyal - I am not sure about exact name of madinah bus station but it was around 15-20 mins away from Masjid Nabwi if it is of any help - the cost from bus station to our hotel which was quite close to masjid nabwi was 20 SR - the total duration for bus journey from meccah to madinah was 6-7 hours

It really is! The best thing was I was alone there. When I hiked to Hira cave it was jam packed and could not see inside of it at all. However atmosphere was amazing as someone recited Surah Alaq and then other people joined in to recite Qasida.

Just arrived back home from Marrakech. I have very difficult for going around and cannot concentrate what I am going to buy. Motorcycle everywhere even inside souk market.
Yes, it's very chaotic, but i think that's the charm of this place. But for some people I understand this could be distracting esp if you are not used to it.

Greetings.. I never recommend dining in Jemma el Fna Square and if you do, you should avoid sauces and anything that is not cooked at all costs. You usually see many Moroccans dining there, but our stomach, that is, our flora, is not used to certain bacteria and a lot of them swarm there. Diarrhea while on vacation can be terrible, it is better to dine in the restaurants around you.
The food at stalls is not that good anyways. The only thing that you should try is Mechoui lamb at Chez Lamine Hadj Mustafa.

Yes we went there in December! The weather was warm during the day, however you need a jacket after sunset.
