The first point is so important! The single time I was at an all-inclusive resort, I only drank water, frappes or a single alcoholic drink during the day, and I felt great. Swimming + lots of (esp. alcoholic) liquid in my body = not a fun time.

The Best advice i can give is don't drink alcohol at all during the day in hot countries it may be tempting but i learnt my lesson on a hot 38-40 C day in Spain it will just rapidly dehydrate you and probably give you the worst hangover ever plus bars and clubs are better at night

I’ve not really enjoyed the all inclusives I’ve gone to, maybe I’m a snob but also I don’t drink and that seems to be the main activity. I recommend waking early and hitting up the yoga or whatever class they have early AM, hardly anyone there bc they’re hungover from day drinking yesterday

As a former holiday rep, we had lots of alcohol related heat strokes. My best advice is not to mix your drinks if they alcoholic and especially drink in the shade. Mocktail all you want in the sun, but keep a hat on!

Hey, was gonna give you a dislike after you said no to Taipei 101 but changed it quickly to a like after you gave a very good alternative. Totally fair review of Taipei 101 although I would add the caveat that it's totally worth visiting if you are an architecture and/or engineering nerd. Taipei 101 is such a cool building. Also it's a pretty decent shopping center.

Zia soda is my FAVORITE!!! They use real herbs and sugar, no artificial dyes/sweeteners/etc., I buy cases of their different flavors every time I go to Taos. They have a ginger ale that has red chili in it, root beer with yucca + licorice and vanilla, and a cola that is what I imagine gods would drink. Can you tell I’m obsessed?🤣

I have a super yummy soup recipe I think you should try🫶🏻 It’s kale soup.. hear me out Minced garlic, salt pepper Ground sausage Bacon Sweat some onions separately (they will get slimy in the soup if you cook them too much) Chicken broth x2 Julian potatoes A cup or two of heavy cream depending on how soupy you like your soup A whole big ass bag of kale And a bunch of red pepper flakes ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ I hate salads and stuff so this is my sure fire way to get some protein and a bunch of greens. I thought you would possibly appreciate a good recipe recommendation ☺️
