    Thank you for your content . I have neck , upper and lower back problems and I should be careful for my knees too. A lot of doctors here on UA-cam suggest that you should put a pillow under your knees when you sleep on your back (soldier position). I have tried that and it helps a little bit but I still have pain when I wake up . I tried the side sleeping with the pillow under my knees and I could not sleep all night because my neck and my back hurt a lot . What do you suggest ? I will try today sleep on my back without the pillow and see but still I am confused about the correct way to sleep . Thank you again !

      Good question @PloMo_Cargado. Your Orthopedic Surgeon can answer that question better. Basically they will tighten the structure around the shoulder and repair the tears to make it more stable again. Then work on strengthening your shoulder muscles, rotator cuff and scapular stabilizers post op.

    If you found this video it’s because you have issues. I can tell you what eating garlic, especially 2-3 cloves on an empty stomach will do to you : A burning sensation on the palate, followed by quick shivers, and then with lukewarm water, as you will need to flush the taste and the burning sensation, in a matter of minutes you will want to go empty your bowels, and for ANY kind of suspicion or diagnosed bacteria overgrowth or parasite you can trust, the only thing that works is flushing your system with powerful stuff, and garlic is the #1 thing in the world, nothing comes close to the combo of allicin, sulfur and quercetin. Do it for a good 30 days, no parasite can survive. It’s like the Lord raining down sulfur out of heaven on Sodom and Gomorrah -> Genesis 19 It’s been known since antiquity, and Egyptians knew it very well too, but then you have this modern society and apparently you need to take a pill fashioned with machines instead of something natural already given into this world for a purpose. No parasite will come anywhere near garlic, because upon contact with its strong sulfur content, and the best is to even add a little honey as bait, and that thing dies instantly, whatever it may be. You are way bigger and way tougher than a small thing, even millions of bacteria or parasites have no resistance compare to a human being, take that garlic down your throat, for just about any infection and you will heal that’s guaranteed.

    I had my surgery 7/5/24. I was not told how to manage my sleep position and it's out me in a lag. I also have really sharp slicing pain of the skin that is painful, all day. The skin is stiff to the point of being hard. Is that normal? My friend said they never went through that

    • @restorepluspt
      @restorepluspt 4 дні тому

      I'm sorry that you are going through this @deekmdrs. I would not say that is normal but I have seen that in my TKR patients. I suggest massaging the scar using your fingers starting with gentle strokes since it is still new and you can go harder as the incision closes better. You can check out my video on scars to see how to do the scar massage. Also check out my video on desensitizing your skin to help with the sharp pain. When the scab comes off completely and the incision is fully closed, you can use lotion or medicated topical creams to thin out the scar. There is a link in my description to a page where you can find equipment I use with my patients including the cream. I suggest consulting your surgeon before using the cream to be sure. I hope this helps.🙏

    Hello! I have gym injuries from a year ago which caused me to leave gym for that long. I have a shoulder muscle pain (i guess it's muscle or tendon idk) and whenever i roll my shoulders, I hear things colliding with each other inside my shoulders. I dont have problem with rolling my shoulder 360 degree even. But my shoulders start paining even after a few pushups. Another is my elbow injury - the top part of my elbow, i dont know how to say but just below my biceps, it pains really hard which makes my hands not being able to stretch straight after some lifting. Both of these things are the same since the injury and hasn't healed from a year. I am very worried. *PLEASE HELP!* 🙏

    • @restorepluspt

      Good question @antoniettabonfigliovetere1195. In my experience, people who elevate their legs when sleeping usually use a wedge. This puts the knee in a bent position the whole night and that is not good. It the leg will be straight and elevated the whole night, that will be better from the extension lag perspective but that is an uncomfortable position to sustain. I hope this helps.

      Good question @Jozipp20. Studies show that after knee surgery, arthritis occurs sooner compared to people who did not have surgery. In that situation, I always tell my patients to keep their knees lose by stretching your quads, hamstrings, IT band and to keep their leg strong using strengthening exercises for their quads, hamstrings, VMO, and even their gluts muscles. Eating healthy and taking joint supplements can help as well. I hope you find these helpful.

      Good question @Ganesh.k2714. That usually happens after a workout especially if the muscle is not used to the exercise/weight that you are using. Muscle soreness can be expected. Gently stretch your biceps for a couple of days and see if your extension improves.🙏

    When can I start this exercise after surgery

    • @restorepluspt
      @restorepluspt 18 днів тому

      Good question @volakbeth-tl3ub. There is no specific timeframe after surgery. The protocol for TKR I see is pretty much as tolerated. Start with the easier ones then progress to the more advance ones. You can start standing on 1 leg as soon as 2 weeks post-op. I hope this helps.🙏

    Broke my humerus in 6 pieces. Surgeons removed the humerus. My bicep muscle is like a rock and can't bend my elbow. It's been a month.

      I'm sorry to hear this @tinastanley4444. Once the doctor clear you on stretching, you can follow what I showed in the video. You can also do some soft tissue work on your biceps to loosen it a little bit. I wish you the best.🙏
