It would of been better if you just filmed the video with the sound of yourself assembling the bike with all the noise associated with the build rather than that stupid sound track running irritatingly in the background

Hello may I know the quality of the hubs? How many pawls? Is it loud? Sealed bearing already?
a Great bike
Beautiful bike. They should use bubble wrap- not cardboard to protect as the ladder cam scratch even with that thin paper under it. I thought I saw a scratch on the fork. Also, for $1,300 the handle bar clamp should be a nicer material than plastic IMO. Regardless, I think the AL3 represents the best value in the TREK line-up for a non-pro rider. Despuite being aluminum, it has carbon fiber forks and 2x9 gears vs. 2x8 on many. It is also only ~22lbs. so nice and light. To get a CF. SL5 you would have to spend about 3x more. Next video- maybe try less distracting music and share your thoughts about the bike.
I don't think the handlebar stem/clap is made of plastic.
@@isabellas.9713 You may be right- probably aluminum. For the price, it should be made out of gold. Still, nice bikes.

5’4 to 5’5 ako ok lang ba? Im concerned na short leg, long torso ako and my dealer insist i order a 52 although he’ll swap it kung di tama ang fit.

Can you please update on the brakes as compared to hydraulic brakes?
Hi! Haven't tried hydraulic brakes. A lot said hydraulics are better. My experience with mechanical is great, it does the job well, it stops when I pull the brake levers. I think its just more reactive and smooth with hydraulics.
I have the same bike and would like to know if your experience when braking. Does it give u a full stop when pressed hard on the levers? Im conerned about the pads that came with it (Tektro) and changed it with a shimano resin pads if it is more better stopping power
@@reidizon5974 it does its job. Working perfectly.
My experience with mechanical brakes have always been good. just need to bed the pads in for a hundred miles and they are good enough. as for hydraulic brakes if not bled properly they can feel spongy from the start

Not 105 it's 2x9 Sora- GS3 as in AL"3." Aluminum + lvl. 3 equipment. SL5 is 2x11 "105" group set.

Domane series are all-road bicycle of Trek. From soft road to light gravel. If you are planning to ride on heavy gravel you may want tp consider Trek Checkpoint models.

@@eric.tumalip nice. Planning to buy the lower version “al2” medyo alangan lang ako sa sizing. Im 5’8” but upper body is longer than lower body. 😅 nag fall in between 52 and 54 ang inseam ko.
