That last 50/60 miles can seem like an eternity in rough weather 60 miles at 4 to 6 knots or so is a long 10+ hours especially yawing back and forth keeping you from that straight direct course hang on capt!

You do get complacent when the weather is favorable glad you made out ok capt the ocean can turn in the blink of an eye and anything over 40 knots deserves your undivided attention new sub good luck Capt Bob
