Hi Jordan I just quit coffee, I was also questioning if it is healthy or not, I knew it can affect hormones, but it was great against dementia? so I was ok with that, but the reason I decided to stop was because of Acrylamide, a chemical that can be found in coffee and other foods that are cooked at high temperatures. And can cause cancer, well these days everything can cause cancer, so... but just to let you know.... also I advise only drinking organic coffee because Coffee is one of the most heavily sprayed crops globally, and High pesticide residue can't be great for us. Sorry didn't want to ruin your coffee moment, i get it, I just wanted to share why I decided to stop.

Actually iced water never sounded great to me but recently I heard it’s actually bad for you (like, for your eyes and staff) and that putting slightly warm on your face is actually a better way to depuff it and not putting ice. And if you think about it, ice actually can burn just like burning hot water so it must not be very good for the skin

in russian women NEVER have chipped nails polish, it is impossible, because for everyone it looks horrible and unattractive. Also if you want to try a perfect manicure that you could not imagine possible try find russian manicure salon in your cite (there is always one), you will not be able to do do nails at home afterwards. For us russian it is normal to have perfect nails, all women no matter social status have gel salon-made nails. Nobody use regular nail polish or do nails at home. it is big part of the culture. so if you wanna try the famous russia manicure, just look for a salon, thank me later😁
