Schools are the key. Good news, even the old school guys can do workshops and schools. You don't have to be a top flatlander to train other people. You just need patience and a system of training.Having bikes for kids to use might be most important to get started because good bikes are really hard to get going for kids and parents. Any other sports school would be the same thing. Need to lower the barrier to entry.
