yeah man bein in shings was funny for the most part, n thank u for the tips bro i’ve got a roblem with all downer tablets benz*s muscle relaxers n mainly opes tho, started with pai*kil@ers then shen that got expensive i stared snorting b (i could never pin up plus i’d deffo die) unfortunately, i’m doing the rehab n detox for 28 days i’m paying like 8.5 grand then fully commuting to bettering my mental health, am bipolar 2 with anx disorders n ptsd from finding my dad decomping , i really appreciate ur reply bud n i’m super glad you’ve got to the point ur at, keep on striving to better ya self brother! appreciate u i’ll keep u in the loop zxx

@@sleepysnoozin Not to worry lad, you're in a pretty similar situation to me and I promise it gets better. Just make sure you tell them about the benzos those are the hardest to quit I can tell you from experience, even worse than hard opiates. They'll taper you off real slow with something like Librium, once you're out get your self some vitamin b1 (they'll probably prescribe it) and some NAC, can get it in boots and the likes; it'll do wonders for your sleep. @@sleepysnoozin Sorry just saw this, shings was mad, I remember it being such a shitfest haha. In regards to detox it can be real rough, obviously depending on what you're quitting. I was coming off a few things and it was a particularly bad case but when things are handled correctly you should only have some minor discomfort. I'd say stick to your self, bring some books, or your phone/laptop to zone out and watch some tv or movies. Always inform the nurses if you're feeling particularly bad. Generally the first 3-5 days are the worst but that's the hardest part, just your body getting rid of all those toxins. Wishing you the best of luck, let me know how it goes.

@@onlyoneeon cheers bud, thank ya, yeah bein in shings was funny for the most part hahaha i’ve detoxed at home by myself a few times by just drinking through the feeling rough part but i want a full stop not just changing problem for problem, i’m an opiate addict bro started with painkillers then that become expensive in the quantities i had to take so atm it’s snorting H (i’ll never pin up tho i’d end up dead lol), but i’m bad for taking most tablets, i’ve always loved benzos opiates muscle relaxers just any downer man, i’ve used it all instead of dealing with trauma (am bipolar 2 with ptsd from finding me dad decomposing) so i need to get sober, then get mentally well, i’m happy to hear how you’ve got through and you’ve made it to even the point ur at now man, i’ll keep ya posted
