Um I subscribed I feel bad for you since your broke without subscriberes
You might want to go a little bit faster. I know this is over a year ago. Its very easy to create burns going that slow. No offense intended.
Hi there, We've been utilizing class 4 laser for over 9 years now in our office. It's true, going too slow can create a risk of burn, however actual wattage output on the laser can be controlled prior to treatment with many settings to prevent this. We are also in constant communication with patients about how it feels to make sure it is comfortable throughout the entire duration of the treatment. So thanks for your feedback, but we have it covered ;)
Nice and simple demonstration, thanks. Which muscles of the back does this exercise strengthen? How many times a week would you recommend doing this?
Would this be helpful for a twitching forearm tendon?
I'd definitely recommend Active Release Technique if the "twitch" is due to adhesions/tightness between the muscles and connective tissues creating tendon tracking issues. If it's an uncontrolled twitch even at rest, you might be dealing with something entirely different. I'd recommend getting evaluated either way! -Dr. Alyx at Boulder Sports Chiropractic
during class 4 treatment, could we also do stretching, strengthening and walking or avoid any activity cause my therapist told me 3-6 months of laser with bedrest only.
Without knowing your health history, I can't make specific recommendations for your specific scenario. However, we are huge advocates for active care and rehab, such as stretching and relevant exercises to restore biomechanics and increase overall muscular strength and endurance. Majority, if not all of our patients are simultaneous receiving some sort of additional therapies (home exercises, chiro, massage, etc) in conjunction with their laser therapy treatment program. Class 4 Laser is a great way to stimulate the body's natural healing process, however, it will not address the dysfunctional movement patterns/compensations that possibly could have lead tot he initial injury in the first place.
What chart?
Hi, will this help with hip internal rotation?
Does it REALLY work?
Sciatica is a condition that is caused by compression of the sciatic nerve, which can lead to pain, numbness, and weakness in the lower back, hips, and legs. Sciatica symptoms can occur due to a variety of reasons (arthritis/stenosis/disc herniation/trauma/piriformis syndrome/nerve entrapment). It is important to consult with a healthcare professional to receive a proper diagnosis, and to determine the reasoning behind your sciatica symptoms prior to beginning care. Overall it's a great non-invasive therapy to help decrease inflammation and pain that can contribute to your symptoms. One study published in the Journal of Physical Therapy Science found that patients with chronic sciatica who received class 4 laser therapy had a significant reduction in pain and improved functional ability compared to those who received a placebo treatment. Another study published in the Journal of Clinical Laser Medicine & Surgery found that class 4 laser therapy was effective in reducing pain and improving mobility in patients with sciatica caused by disc herniation. negative accident waiting to happen. femoral socket injury depending on your age.
False. Doesn’t even make sense.
Respectfully, our team of skilled sports physical therapists and chiropractors beg to differ. This is actually a great exercise. Really, any exercise is an injury waiting to happen if performed incorrectly.

Congratulations
Class 4 laser therapy name please Which brand it is kindly tell me
Hi! It is a LiteForce laser. We love it.
Start by anchoring a supporting strap with little tension at the ball of the foot to approximate the sides of the foot slightly. Then create two teardrops, one starting and ending at the base of the pinky toe and one starting and ending at the base of the big toe with more tension than the anchor strap. This, in conjunction with a soft, gel heel cup can relieve pain while you’re being treated for Heel Pad Syndrome. *Taping should never increase symptoms. Remove tape if that is the case and consult with a doctor for full evaluation of your pain. Note that the video sped up 3x faster than normal speed*
This jams up my toe so idk
Or is your big toe getting jammed up because you need more extension? Making sure the big toe doesn't deviate towards your second toe is also helpful. You can still benefit from less pressure initially. Depending on the joint capsule and joint surfaces (aka advanced arthritis, acute episode of gout), getting into end range extension might not be possible at that time.
Thanks. I appreciate it 🙂
Any time!
Um... Brand of tape? Desired effect? What are the benefits of doing this? I go through a lot of insoles and if this will help... I want in.
Here we are using Rock Tape but I would prefer a more taught, athletic tape. The intention is to create some tension from side to side to approximate the sides of the foot and create more support for the arch. The final piece of tape (around the foot) is simply meant to anchor the supportive tape, it should not be tight around the foot. Disclaimer: this tape should help with pain management but it’s an individualized stretch and strengthening program that will be the long term solution. Consult a doctor for specific exercises.
What's the Bird Dog Row for?
Hi Chad! This is a great exercise for strengthening the posterior shoulder girdle, postural muscles and core all in one.
What is happening
How many days we got pain relief in this method
Hi Puskar! It varies for each patient. A typical treatment plan includes 6-8 sessions of the laser and some patients notice relief after just 1.
when you raise your arm (and point?) is that a reminder to..?
I come for the core work and stay for the geometric wall paper ! ! ! :)
How long to hold (on the holds) and how many repetitions on the others?
