Great movie, unlike the usual cheesy teen car movies. However, sadly small towns haven't changed that much ---still have speed traps and morality police.

Love that black Mercury Montclair car to! Love Ford cars and trucks especially from back in the days when cars and trucks had good looks and designs to them unlike what they look like today as they all look like cookie cutter SUV's and four door station wagon trucks with wagon wheels and thin tires on them.

I like that 49 Ford Shoebox car as they called it back then.

21:08 Yeah, that totally happens in the original too lol. I understand its the old school arcardy differculty, where you always have to play catch up to the AIs. But the differeculty is so random. If you let them get away at the start, you can catch them in 1/2 a lap or it could take you the whole race. I remember once, I let them drive away at the start, then flawlessly nitro'd the whole race and still didnt catch them
