Hello Mauro! Yes turkey is a must, we actually jokingly call it turkey day. lol. Before you serve the turkey you put it back in the oven and crisp up the skin. Same with a whole chicken. It’s super good. This year we had turkey, stuffing, green bean casserole, sweet potato casserole, Mac and cheese, pea and cheese salad, and ham rolls dip with crackers. The chocolate, peanut butter, and pumpkin pies. And apple crisp for desserts.

It’s mostly been just my parents and I until I moved out. Now I’m rarely home because I’m out of the country. This would be a lot for my family but I’m sure it’s normal for others. 😊

lol hilarious how wrong all these assumptions are 😂 most American's will eat either pepperoni, sausage, plain cheese, or supreme style which is a pizza with black olives, green peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Also our fried rice is typically just regular fried rice tossed in soy sauce we might order it with shrimp, pork or chicken but thats about as diverse as most of us tend to order it. Also as he said Christmas food tends to be very similar to what we would eat on thanksgiving so mostly turkey we might also make a ham and a bunch of side dishes like baked or mashed potatoes and so on. I also don't really understand where other countries originally got the impression that we as American's are so obsessed with hot dogs but as far as I'm concerned and what I've experienced hot dogs are really more of a thing we ate as kids and when you get a certain age we don't really eat them all as much in fact I can't even remember the last time I ate a hot dog.

Hi Mauro, I am from Ohio and the university is called Ohio State University. It is in Columbus, Ohio, which is our capital of the state and the band is called the best damn band in the land because they are one of the only all brass college bands in the country.
