Absolutely! Cayenne pepper adds a kick to so many dishes-it's hard to imagine cooking without it.
I heard it form kidney stones and so not good for men, convince me otherwise
A diet high in protein, salt and sugar increases your risk. Certain fruits and vegetables (rhubarb, beets, okra, spinach and sweet potatoes) and foods and beverages (nuts, black pepper, soy products, chocolate and tea) also can contribute to kidney stone formation I get it, kidney stones sound rough! But honestly, if you keep hydrated and take care of yourself, you should be good to go. Don't let fear hold you back! Kidney stones can be a concern, but there are plenty of benefits that outweigh the risks! It's all about moderation and understanding your body.

The problem with "general assumptions" is that debunking them with other general assumptions is nice. There are brown eggs which are simply a matter of color of the shell, but there are different varieties of hens that have "better eggs". One of them is the "Native Hen" that was often grown in Brazil for chicken fight, which eggs are much stronger than regular eggs, and their eggs are darker in shell, yoke and "whites". Other breeds are likely to have the same difference, and all of them put brown eggs. That is from where the generic assumption that all brown eggs are better. Some indeed are, but not all.

You have included high lectin vegetables, tomatoes and eggplant nightshade family,of which being are high in lectins, cause internal body inflammation. This inflammation if not lessened will aserbate your bodies being able to fight cancer, liver, kidney, thyroid diseases, arthritis as well as Alzheimer's and diabetes. Even cows milk and wheat flour has a type of lectin, flour has gluten. Do the research, I did and have benefited.
Yes, i agree with you. Tomatoes, Eggplants, Zucchini, Potatoes and Peppers all contain Lectin. But cooking these vegetables, significantly reduce the amount of Lectin. - Removing skins and seeds from certain vegetables (like tomatoes and peppers) can reduce lectin intake. - Boiling, pressure cooking, and fermenting can significantly reduce lectin content. - Soaking beans and legumes overnight before cooking helps reduce lectins.
