You can't make them longer?
Yaay! You did so great!🎉 Will be on the lookout for more!🦇
@@JustineManiology thank you!!
I'm so glad the tips we've sent you helped you out in your nail stamping journey!🙌 Will definitely watch out for part 2.

Can you do a video of how to put on gel nails without a UV light
@@bfflikeriyah8878 hi! Yes I can. But it’s the same beginning steps as applying the strips in this video, minus the uv light. You would just file the strips down to fit the nail & then you’re done.
@@ashcpearceok tyyyy
Do i have to file it down to fit my nail size or can it be longer
@@leanne.slayzxx hi!! yes you do. It doesn’t get hard enough to be longer than your nail. It’s not technically a nail tip, it’s just gel polish strips.
@@ashcpearce ohh ok thanks!!
Nice

What do you do with the shiny metal loking thing they put in there? Is that for the lamp
@@tishreni5183 I’m not sure I’ve seen a shiny metal thing in the kit before. Just the stick & nail file
HELP my glaze chips the next day, and the led light is came with doesn’t make the gel hard no matter how many time i put it under
What steps are you taking to prep & put them on? I try to put mine on at night before bed so that I don’t expose them to water or oil for a few hours. I also wash & remove oil from my nails prior to applying the strips.
I just bought them there Halloween themed gorgeous but I don't have a uv light so can u do a video of putting it on without a light please ❤
@@CrystalBishop-w3u hi! You definitely are gonna need a light for them to cure unless you got the “glow” or “gloss” lines. Those two don’t need a light but the “Glaze” line does.
@@ashcpearce thanks I put them on yesterday their the glow and they stick like a charm there perfect without a light
@@ashcpearce thanks I have the glow and I put them on yesterday I'm in love and I need more
Went to A nail bar in thorton heath called dylans the staff was rude very rude and calling customer stupid I do not recommend anyone to go thier
What with the glove?
@@PamWhitener a layer of protection when using the curing light
Could I just not cut them and file them to look like tips?
Nope, they don’t harden like acrylic. They harden like gel polish.
Does it come with a uv lamp
The starter kit does
🤔I can't seem to find this on Amazon😒and I don't see a direct link to it from UA-cam or your Amazon page🤷🏾♀️
Hi! Apologies about that! Here’s the link: amzn.to/3XiZGQM But it’s also now linked under Home Decor & Organizing on my lists.
@@ashcpearce ✔️🎯💯Thank you!❤️
@ShotofLuxury you’re welcome!!
Thank you 😊
You’re welcome!!
I’m finding a top coat helps a ton as does using a cuticle remover when I push my cuticles back. Last time they popped off quickly without using the cuticle remover. This time I also lightly buffed my nails a bit and used a glass cuticle pusher around where my nail meets my skin. Hoping my nail beds aren’t trashed when I remove them because so far they’re holding strong! Never thought to use the rubber pusher while they’re curing. Might try that too
How I remove them helps with the state that my nail beds are in after. I ironically never used a cuticle remover & think I will incorporate that. Thanks for the feedback & the tips!!
I should've watched this last week when I tried this brand. Mine came off in a week.
@@Jojo-zh4wx yea! Sometimes they do come off quick, but I recently did a test, and my whole left hand stayed on for 17 days. My right hand had 3 missing.
how much 😮
These typically cost about $14
@@ashcpearce thanks so pretty ♥
Thank you!!
what are these ingreadiants?
Distilled water, Jamaican black castor oil (peppermint scent) & peppermint oil. You can also add some tea tree oil as well.
does it harden under the light?
@@JoselynPawlak yes it does. It doesn’t harden as much as acrylic, but it hardens like gel polish.
Happy birthday
@@Lexyclack thank you!!
I suggest a rubber pusher to really get all curves of the nail. I also suggest an actual nail lamp like you see in salons. Those little ones are like 6watts and to fully cure gel polish you need more than 30 watts.
@@starlightangel1990 thanks!! The light that comes with it actually works pretty well for the semi-cured strips because they’re already a percentage cured. The light just allows the adhesive to melt & form to the nail.
@ashcpearce I'm too ocd. As a tech I just use the real lamp lol When I do, I honestly can baraly get them off lol
😆 I understand! I definitely think that’s a good note tho to help extend the wear time.

I got these from Prideful Patches
Hoy 13 de julio de 2024 acabo de ponerme una sola por primera vez y la meto a la maquinita de luz ultravioleta y nada que me la pone dura 😢😢😢
That’s so interesting & a few things could be a factor that I’ve learned. Does your box say glaze anywhere on it?
Omg the lamp I’m using is from dashing diva too and I have the same design of Ohora nail strips but in purple.
Yes!! Unfortunately the button on my dashing diva lamp broke, so now I’m using another one. But I do feel like they’re all the same 😆
Adorable, what a great idea. Perfect indoor picnic idea
Thank you!! 😊
If I have a different LED lamp, can I use it on the gel strips? I have the O’Hara gel. Can I use it for this brand?
@@maleahplays8956 hey! Yes you can
Mine came off in a day. Ill try adding top coat before i give up. The starter kit did not mention top coat . Thanks!
And have to buy different lamp to cure top coat?
@@katherynlopes6416 hey! They don’t have or market a gel top coat but I used another brand’s gel top coat to help with longevity & seal the corners.
@@katherynlopes6416 and no, you should just be able to use any lamp that cures gel
Why the hand sock when you cure?
As an extra layer of protection, basically like sunscreen
Too much trouble… I’ll pay to have mine done
Totally understand!
Ive used glaze, they actually work pretty well. They're like the only ones that worked for me tho. (Pin? 🥺) Omg thank you for pinning me🥹💗💗
I agree! The glaze works the best out of all of their lines. And yes! I’ll pin 😊
May be only this one work.
Mine took like 15 times the regular amount to cure so I gave up on them :( but they're so cute
Oh no! What light did you use?
@@ashcpearce I used the same one. The light that came with the kit
That is so unfortunate! Another thing that I’ve experienced is the potential of them “expiring” so if they’ve been manufactured a while ago but we’re just now receiving that batch, then the adhesion isn’t that great.
No
Looks like 11,000 people said yes 😏
Que tiempo debe durar en la lámpara
It should stay on for about 30-45 seconds.
I tucked my shirt the other day by accident. Guess it’s on trend now? Lol
🤣🤣
I have the same one and use the same things 😅 Making kettle corn in the whirlypop is so delicious.
It is!!
How did you get the strips to adhere so well to your nails. I find with dashing diva glow 2x volume see that don't stick very well to my nails.
I feel like they stick pretty good because I prep according to directions but then I avoid washing or exposing them to water for a few hours. I usually do them right before bed so I can keep them out of water for at least 6 hours.
Why do you wear the fingerless gloves to go under the lamp?
Just another protective barrier from the exposure to the light
I’m kind of new to this channel and I was just wondering if you can go to the store and like buy it do you know which store?
Hi there! Welcome & thanks for joining the channel 😊. Yes, you can go the stores like Ulta, Target, Walmart & Walgreens to grab the Dashing Diva products. Hope that helps!! 💕
@@ashcpearce Thanks so much my daughter would love this for her birthday
@sherrysosa581 yes! This would be a great gift! Glad I could help 😁
does it only work with the dashing diva light or can i use a light from a diff brand?
You can use a different brand’s light
Mine weren't hardening under the uv light 😭
Did you get the line that requires the light? Dashing Diva has a few different lines, some don’t require a light & don’t harden
Stunning welcome to the club...I gotta blue pair for backup
Thank you!! 😊 ☺️ I am loving the process of building up my collection
Do they come off easy?
Not as long as you don’t dry them. The dryer heat will re-melt/weaken the adhesive.
your doing it so perfectly but when i put the sticker on my nail and keep it under the same uv light as you my nail does not get hard even though it is the same size as your so can you tell me my mistake or explain it to me.
Are you using the semi cured gel nail strips? They have some gel nail strips that don’t get hard under the light, so first we need to check that small detail.
How do you remove it after use ?
You can add oil to cuticles & gently lift the corners. There’s also remover on the market for them as well.
Tell us about the gloves please. Thank you for this quick and easy tutorial.
Sure thing! They’re utilized for an “added” layer of protection in case the curing light can damage your skin.
@@ashcpearcewhere can you buy the gloves
@teeb1641 Amazon 😊 amzn.to/3T3cxEk
Your nails are so perfect and healthy! Any tips for us?
@greekgirlsings I feel like my nails go through cycles. I will go a few weeks without putting anything on my nails except some form of nail hardener. I try to use lotion A LOT (I specifically use shea butter) & rub it on my nail beds & cuticles. After they get a certain length, I do cut them & start over because when they’re too long, I hit them on things & break them. Or I’m scratching myself or my kiddos accidentally 😔
Se tiene q limar la superficie de la uña y crear adherencia.
Thanks!
