Ethnies u r pecking at me...it's the job Lisa and Amanda's mother died on I think . Amanda is the boss there now . S he has ripped at least twice I know for sure. I am not a lawyer. There is a nother woman that works there and did same thing so 3 women on job hemorage .it's the unnecessary height of line. Men design jobs to make sure they only get to work on them.

I.k. those birds weigh a good 20 lbs. There . They do process birds from brooders the most there. Broilers weigh less more uniform. They get those to process because they pissed off the owner over inventing a new break system to get out of losing half an hours pay a day that is a fiasco. Kinda have to work there to get the history. It's not good but it is.well gee whiz when they get all the brooders to process and none of the broilers. So it really seems.i only hemorage about a teaspoon I think. I was lucky . Lisa,s mom died. But she was also pregnant. I believe beyond a shadow of a doubt that jobs can be handled without descrimination. Besides I did not sign for that job and told them it was too hard. I would do my best but it was too hard.lisas mom...u know They need the union , it's a very corrupt plant. I will resume getting in touch and collecting signatures and regardless need . If I die of stress then I won't be the first.

I guess I am freaked out because those people intentionally set me up to be harmed and I didn't want to admit that's what happened. I don't think I have ever actually hurt anyone in my life and since I have moved here I have been battered one time after another. Just the fact they blantly were refusing to let people do more then use the bathroom on break, mind you it's a 10 hour shift with 1 half hour break and 2 10 minute breaks one before and one after lunch and not letting people eat drink or sit in the break room on the short breaks . Yes there are labour laws but at this time in ark. They weren't enacted. I was told by all personell and management that Tysons doesn't allow breaks , only lunch. And I know it's illegal but when I called the Dept. Of labour I was lied to and harassed even more a year or 2 ago.and told the only law is for nursing mothers , that they get time to express milk . Me myself think infants are being neglected by nursing mothers working. Food stamps should cover the difference in wage loss.

To let me know exactly Wich job Lisa,some was working what job her mother had when she died. Because I thought she was sanitation. The manager in charge of putting her on that job charged with murder maybe . Endangering the safety of another employee for sure . She felt like it was just her fate. That's beyond crazy to put a tiny woman on a job like that they were doing it again too. Don't know why. The other woman working with me yes is tiny. Amanda's spouse also both bosses there on that line in that Dept. He is Hispanic. So is the woman other one working with me but she smart have front less birds rehung and worked much slower. Her spouse white and also works in another Dept. Older couple. Not 80 but older.
