Shame about the colours available for this tent; which I also think is called the Spider 1 or Bikepacking tent. I think navy blue is the only "non" garish colour I've seen. Good review matey, and you've pitched that tent beautifully..haha!

Literally what I’ve just set up in to semi permanently live in with my dogo until we can afford a RV / caravan, I love your set up and know what it costs to even make one of these… damn I’ve spent easily $2,000 on flooring to lighting for my gazebo home. I chose wanderer but wish I went Oztrail but luckily Kings Oztrail wanderer and dune products are basically all the same but rebranded. Hey everyone do NOT FORGET TO SILICON SPRAY YOUR ROOF AND PORTICO!!! Also internal mini fans reduce condensation as i have woken up to puddles of condensation on my floor. And people should do some online courses about guy ropes and how they work as these gazebos can fly away easily ! Silicon 808 seems to be my fave. Hope this helps someone , we all got stuck in a rut during covid and tons of us now love alternative lifestyles but we are doing “homeless” in style ! I stay in a van park for power water and saftey these set ups don’t take up much more room then a van pad which is how I set mine up but remember to layer under the cement with porticos or hubs or else say bye to your flooring! Be good or be good at it 😅

Thanks for sharing this. If I was starting out buying new camping gear I would copy this set up in a heartbeat. (Except for one thing: unfortunately for me, sleeping on one of those stretcher beds always seems to kill my back. I have to have the mat right on the ground.)

While bungee cords may be quick & easy, they are a safety nightmare! Please swap them out for other methods. One could learn a few simple and easy quick release knots. One could employ tensioner devices such as cam jams, etc. One could use various sized rachet straps. But for everyone's safety ditch the bungee cords!

Are you using the 2-zip door wall at the back and front? If yes, What are they like? Can you fully open the sealed and flyscreen parts so it's like a big door?
