I am well aware of the connection between pressure and heat generation of uranium. The problem is fluids under pressure are pushed away and actually getting rid of the heat fast enough to not melt the core is not easy. But if you can figure it out it would be really cool to see.

I'm gonna be honest with you. My strategy there was mostly based off of luck and prior experience. I would not recommend following it. But if I'm not mistaken, someone made a similar comment on the flagship video. Realistically, I'd recommend going there with the best armor, some spares and the best weapons.

I should have recycled my old armor. I'm prepared properly for that. But typically I like to rush the inside of a drill ship because it stops tanks and turrets from being able to attack. I mean tanks will still try but that comes out to your cost of the drill ship. It's still a valid strategy to try and destroy all turrets on one side and get rid of their heavy units before pushing. Just keep in mind, if you're outside the drill ship, it might try to escape, which is something It can't do with you inside of it. Although if you run in, it will be forced to reopen.

There is another one another video which doesn't use curved belts to a better effect although it has very little armor.

So a few things. Number one, oxygen masks do everything I need them to. There's not really much to do in space. Number two, food production is completely fine and I actually need two chefs just to support it. Number three, I'm not gonna listen to your advice and I'm starting a third colony.

Well, I have 187 hours and I've had two other playthroughs, one of which the base died before I get to what I wanted to do. So yeah, I'd say I'm pretty much qualified for this.

I only really started this playthrough to set up a few colonies and start up a nuclear reactor and sustain it for quite a few cycles. I never went into this with the intention of making it sustainable, efficient, or even really functional. I've already seen someone beat the game with max dress or no liquid pipes and I know I'm far off from there. And frankly, I'm not really looking for tips and tricks. I'm kind of doing this like blind plea for as learning as I go, experimenting. Figuring things out. And yeah, it's not gonna work. But it's how I want to make these videos, at least for now. But I do appreciate the tips and pointers. Even if I might not follow them myself.

Everyone should do it at least once.

Modded Deep Rock is really quite the experience that you have to see at least once.

@@anythinggoes9635 I was to for a year too, Rock and Stone Brother. The best I can offer is how to transfer save files between platforms but still I didn't really want to move my self so I get it... I need to find nuclear material first, but I agree. Every type of green power seems to have some sort of ecological effect or harmful construction by products which I think is kind of funny not to say nuclear is completely clean. Even though 97% of nuclear waste is recyclable, it doesn't mean it's really convenient or clean to do. Ever type of power has a drawback. I would like to make one in this colony eventually...

Also, keep in mind I'm writing this head to 6 30 in the morning and I haven't slept all night.

​@@CosmicCobra21 Not that uncommon, lots of the endgame ships have this type of "mouth" design because it's easier to keep weapons defended that way. But the flaw is that if one manages to outmaneuver such a ship, it's a sitting duck since it has no weapons on the outside.

Also the crew being able to walk through is ever more op and shouldn't be allowed in most countries

@Azerty-fv8gd Technically, my new change in ship uses it too. Without being able to curve the chains, it doesn't really serve a purpose. The only thing I can think of is loading up point defense or shields which are kind of inconvenient to have there anyways in my opinion. Plus you could just curve the belt out of the way with the other mod.

I’m not exactly sure what you mean by voidship but the 40 K makes me think of Warhammer unfortunately I’m not at all familiar but it’s definitely possible with the mod I use. Keep in mind the chain gun belts must be in a rectangle of some kind so realistically the biggest you can make is a giant square but I still would be fun.

Yeah i meant that warhammer 40k ships i mean on the high end imperial ships like gloriansa this ship you made with the chain guns could basocly be just another turret on the damn thing because from what i remember glorianas are continent sized. Huge frakking ships man. So basicly this ship you made could be put along some macro cannons and it would fit. Glorianas arw just big like that

I tried nukes very long time ago they were really inaccurate but I’ve recently modelled them to be functional but it still might take me a while to get back into that.
