Thanks a ton! You saved me a ton of money by doing it myself with help from this video. If anyone else needs, replacement is Ford part BM5Z-8592-D or Dorman part 902-1084, or NAPA NOE902184. I saw the Dorman and picked the NAPA because the o-ring area on the Dorman looked less substantial than the NAPA. Its been in and leak-free for 2 days now. The old one that came out had a chip in the plastic and the o-ring was flattened out and done.

And that's how you over charge by 4x boom

No need to drop the trans at all. Waste of time and effort!

Fuel tech is awesome from what I see. Did you have any cylinder sleeve issues with the b20? I see in the pro video you have pistons and rods. I have the same car with a jdm b20b and want to turbo it stock on low boost. Any thoughts or do you have a way I can contact you?

There's seldom a repair that works. These crankshafts are very hard so they don't polish well. If you get rod or main knock you almost certainly need a new crankshaft.
