Film Song
I wrote this song a long time ago for a friend's student film. This is another song that has changed quite a bit over the years.

Prelude

My take on Bach's Prelude No. 1 in C Major. I pieced this together using the original and numerous performances that I viewed online. I borrowed the most from Jamie Andreas' wonderful arrangement.....if you haven't heard it, you should check it out.

Here is my arrangement of one of my all time favorite songs. A Tears For Fears classic written by Roland Orzabal, Ian Stanley and Chris Hughs. The original featured Curt Smith on lead vocals and one of the more inspired leads in Rock delivered by Neil Taylor.
Tribute

This is a song that I wrote as a tribute to Tommy Emmanuel. His playing has had such a positive influence on me and I felt that I owed him....so this is my way of saying 'thanks'. I did my best to emulate his style.

Here is a song that I wrote a number of years ago....but it has changed quite a bit over time. Although the song is in regular tuning, I was attempting to achieve an open tuned sound. Special thanks to Sean McGowan for giving me the idea for the introduction....and for his patient instruction.

As near as I can determine, this version of Blind Willie McTell's Statesboro Blues was conceived by Steve Ginsberg (originally from the Chicago area) while he was playing in the Boston band Phluph in the late '60s. The version was adopted by John Livingston Tunison and his band Manitoba Hugger and the Foreign Hands from DeKalb, IL in the early '70s. This is also the version that the band Electr...

Here's a blues tune that I wrote.....assuming that it is actually possible to compose an original blues piece! The walking bass introduction is an etude composed by guitar player extraordinaire, Sean McGowan and used with his blessing. Thanks Sean for your continued tutelage! Hey Buster. Good seeing you after 55 years. I know I will enjoy your musical efforts. The first one is playing even as I'm typing this. Nice finger picking. Like a speeded up John Prine.
Oh hell yes!
This song never gets old. What a beautiful number.!
A great versión, probably the best one, of the song of Tears for fears
Beautiful song beautifully done
Nice voice, thank you
Let me tell you why this guy is superior to the others versions...nakamuras 2nd place and Gabriela quevedo, very pretty but comes in third, this guy beats them all because he sing it, and have impeccable timing, yeah, he sings old school but he sing it, nakamura or quevedo might have reached higher technical efficiency but as a whole artist this guy is more complete, sorry is the truth
Very Talented! Whoa, I just watched you Tears 4 Fears song three times in a row! Danny
Wow! Bro what key were you in? (Dmaj). What chords progression? A/D, Gmaj7/D verse Emin, F#min, Gmaj, F#min, Emin. That was simply awesome! Guitar tabs? Tutorials? Lessons?
I love your guitar rendition ! Can you list all the chords or if you have the time a tutorial And also, are you in standard tuning or an open tuning ?
