Hi, I'm thinking of replacing lunch and dinner with Huel to save time. How many Huel meals should I eat? On their page they say that for a complete replacement you have to eat 5 meals a day for a 2000 kcal diet, calculating the number of meals based on the kcal of your diet. But in my breakfasts and snacks I eat high in sugars, fats and calories, so I have a lot of extra kcals for my 2000 kcal diet. So how many Huel meals do I need per day in terms of vitamins and minerals?

Just as a disclaimer I am not a nutritionist so I can only comment based on my own limited knowledge. The Huel website is definitely a better resource than me! Any of the meal things are 400cals per portion, the snack bars are 200cals. So you could have a shake for lunch (400cals) and a Hot Savoury for dinner (400cals) plus a snack in between (200cals) which would bring you up to 1000cals. I suggest using the MyFitnessPal app to track calories, you'd be surprised how many are in things like cereal, sandwiches, drinks, fruit etc. It's a good addition to a diet, but I wouldn't call it a full replacement of food.
