There's 3 spot missing Dig site just above "Jefferson Hill" name on map On map, literally just above "UNI" of "University Central" and Inbetween "Griffith Parklands & "North Oaks" names right next to the highway. There's literally a ramp asking to be jump to get in.

One thing to note is that you'll almost always need a car in order to make this jump into the lockups. I tried doing this same jump with a lockup I had found, and it reset me back because the bikes tend to do that if the game detects them flying off or landing at a weird angle

It seems impossible to jump with bike. I tried with bike today and got reset once I fly over the lockup fence.

Thanks for sharing! For the third lockup I have a different strategy. I usually use the dirt dunes around the lockup to take off. I reckon its easier this way.

The Porsche Taycan Turbo doesn't have lots of speed, but it's start off the line with a rocket start gives it lots of acceleration to just fly away from both the other racers and cops almost instantaneously. There are 2 lockers that I know of that this might work. The one in the dam and the other is underneath the cross highway overpass. The dam is the easiest I made it in the first week of Lockdown.

My cayman isnt coming out right? The only way mine comes out A197 is when I have stock exhaust and stock naturally aspirated on.
