I composed this piece a couple of months ago, at the time I was experimenting with march styles, as well other styles of band and orchestral music.
I call this piece, "Foresight." This piece is supposed to tell a story of sadness, give a glimpse of hope of a brighter future, and in the end make the listener realize that it was all just...
a dream.
