Facetious Jonathon as usual. His jokes about a missing person who most likely killed themselves is pathetic. Immature creep.

Robert Plant was right about punk bands reuniting and there is no way that the initial meaning can be as relevant or meaningful as it was but one thing all great bands have in common is great songs and to get to see a band perform those songs is what reunions are about nomatter what genre.

It's both great and sad how physical records have been replaced by downloading. Obviously there are many positive points to being able to download music but it really does take away that feeling you get when looking at the artwork or looking through the booklet while listening to a new album.

I never got to experience CBGB'S and obviously now never will but I'm so glad that the Vegas idea was scrapped. Whoever even suggested that idea should be burnt at the stake. Okay maybe nothing quite that drastic but whoever did think it up had no understanding (or more likely no concern) what made CBGB'S special.

The "new generation" did realise how much power they had but unfortunately have made things worse than ever. Even when the intentions are good humans always mess up and become drunk on power and self riotousness. People need to realise that a society too far towards either the extreme right or left will always eventually tip over.

I have not watched the Jonathan Ross Show for many years due to having no interest in almost all of today's "celebrities" plus the restrictions placed on tv presenters nowadays has taken away all personality, etc.. but back in the day Jonathan Ross constantly made me laugh. His ability to play the idiot but be hilarious and witty at the same time was brilliant. Again I really miss the way the world used to be before the "woke" Nazis destroyed it.

I remember fiddling around with a rabbit ears tv ariel/wire coat hanger to watch Louis Therouxs Weird Weekend on the portable tv in my bedroom. Back then I thought that I had discovered this unheard of genius and I remember talking about episodes at school with my one friend who watched it too. Turns out that millions of people were also watching and Louis is a well deserved beloved journalist/tv personality

I miss the world I used to live in before whatever happened that left us with what we have now. Being able to speak and jest around without worrying about some prick twisting your words or taking away the context.

Siberian Khatru doesn't take long to get started, Ross, ya numpty! It starts immediately and doesn't let up until the fade-out. Do people not think a song or piece of music has started until the vocals come in? That's so stupid. Like when people say Shine On You Crazy Diamond has a six-minute intro. No, it doesn't. Those 6 minutes are literally part of the song. They don't introduce anything.

I truly miss this show so much. Before all the Andrew Sachs and Daily Mail comments, all the Saturday morning shows with JR and Andy were a must-listen-to. Thank you for putting these clips on. I’d love to hear the whole shows, if possible. I always hoped that the BBC would have an archive that could be dipped into, because I could listen to them from the start. 👍🏼
