It's not Steve Perry, I don't care for the lead singer they have now. So I don't listen to their music any more.

Good thing Journey found Arnel Pineda back in 2007 with the same vocal range as Steve Perry even though Arnel Pineda was 40 years old. We waited for 20 years when Perry walked away in 1987 while in his prime.

Mmm... no, yeah he's good... but after wrapping my mind around Scheff - who I got very attached to as a singer - AND AFTER having to get over Cetera's leaving previous to Scheff... I don't think I can deal with the lead vocal changes much more. It takes, imo, a certain vocal quality to even qualify to sing those songs, and this guy doesn't have enough nasal fortitude, imo, to sound right. And did you really have to stop the song RIGHT THERE!? The whole song is good, but come on now, the ending is hyper awesome.

Haters are not really fans of journey but only of sp. Journey with SP ended up way back in the 80s my god! it's the new millenium now, the band had struggled for decades to move on with unsuccesful tried with another singers and now as Neil Schon himself said " we are very fortunate to have found Arnel" and Jonathan Cain said that "Arnel is the future of our franchise" another past member Deen Castronovo admitted that Arnel is the best frontman he has ever seen. So now c'mon you've heard it straight from them journey themselve's can't you just love the music these guys are giving us i mean if you're a fan you should be thankful they're still around to remind you of your precious youthful memories, that's what it does to me every time i hear their music. To the band keep your journey on still a long way to go and thanks for making me feel young and alive by your ageless and timeless hits. Arnel you are just f..... n good....
