Why do you think their putting out trailers now when the movie doesn't come out for another six months? So basically their going to have to put out 3 more trailers before it's released. They basically will be showing us the whole movie and no one will want to go to the theatres to see it.

I always thought Empire in Flames looked interesting, but after seeing this, no way. Their character attributes are not very balanced. I mean I saw a few that if you are combat leaning, would be no brainers. It kind of drives people to certain species, rather than promoting being what you want. A couple of those species would make a pretty OP Pikeman, which admittedly would be fun, but everyone and their dog that wants to Pikeman will be playing that species. I'll just stick with SWG Restoration. At least it's fairly balanced and still gives me 32 professions to mix and match.

There are a ton of misconceptions in the fandom. Is Star Wars perfect? It never was. There were books like *Splinter of the Mind's Eye* (1978) that had ideas fans fell in love with and believed would definitively happen, and then George changed the story. He was going through a divorce with Marcia and people blame the changes on that and him getting lazy. This has been going on since ESB. Fast forward to the ST.... People say they see Luke igniting his saber in Ben's hut was contradictory to what he learned in the cave on Dagobah. He learned to listen to the Force and allow it to guide him. That Jedi should only ignite their saber in defense... Yes! In defense of his nephew. The Force was trying to tell him the influence channel works both ways. In the same scene Rian wanted you to think he was going to kill his nephew (that's what Ben thought when he woke up, and what became Luke's reality because he couldn't remember all the thoughts that flashed through his mind) he was defending his sister's baby... Yes, it's repeating in a different way to teach a new generation there are many facets of the Force, and it's not the SAME mistake or lesson. It's okay that some people don't understand Star Wars or George's style of storytelling. Disney and Lucasfilm are far from failing. That's just the way some people choose to see them. Star Wars is thriving, but Lucasfilm wants to win people like them over.... which is about the same mistake Luke made.... You can't make something happen until it's ready to happen, but you can influence them in a positive way. When they're ready to see why George wrote Luke being isolated, they'll probably begin to understand. Luke continues to think he can handle everything himself throughout the EU and canon because he never thinks to ask for help. He never thinks to confront the problem instead of confronting the fear. He's always offering answers to Leia throughout the EU instead of working together with her. He built the Jedi Order without seeking guidance and consultation from his mentors. His father didn't even visit him. Obi-Wan Kenobi appears as a Force Ghost and warns Luke about the Ssi-ruuk in The Truce at Bakura (plot device), but it's nothing about guidance in teaching others. The Force only guides those who learn how to listen. When he did, he realized how to project himself just as it tried to guide him in Ben's hut. Luke was set up to fail in the OT and continued to make other mistakes he could've learned in the cave on Dagobah. It's a huge lesson in, "Life happens when you've made other plans." Things never go the way you expect them to. George said the third trilogy would be about the grandchildren. He never specified who's.
