MUST-TRY Strawberry Cream Cheese Recipe🤤🍰Perfect For Macarons/Cakes/CupCakes

Strawberry Cream Cheese Recipe:
200g white chocolate
100g heavy cream (33%)
100g strawberries
1 tbsp strawberry powder
226g cream cheese (1 package)
Pour hot cream over the white chocolate and let it sit until fully combined.
Heat the strawberries (I used frozen ones) in the microwave for 2-3 minutes until they’re softened. Add the strawberry powder (optional, but it enhances the flavor).
Blend the strawberry mixture until smooth, then transfer to a container, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 4-6 hours, or overnight, to set.
Lightly whip the cream cheese, then add the chilled ganache and whip until you achieve a fluffy, stable cream.
Use it to fill macarons, cakes, or cupcakes.
This cream is incredible with a pronounced strawberry flavor and works wonderfully for soaking cakes or macarons.

I’ve never tried to substitute. After pouring you should watch the consistency like I’ve showed in the video
