Always love coming across someone new to newjeans... please do 'supernatural parts 1 and 2' its new jack swing and theres a whole deep metaphor story there and the song is one of their best... How sweet is also deep in metaphor. Its NOT a coke ad just sponsored by coke.. its by their production team and is an EP track for them.. They are ambassadors for Coke though and do have an official coke ad song which was written and produced by coke studios called 'zero'.. Its theorised this is about their then situation with HYBE... with the hybe/ador situation at the time newjeans were in a literal and metaphorical 'car crash' moment in their careers.. just like a car crash everyone watches on but does nothing to help, perspectives from the animals, inanimate objects like cctv, truck refusing to pick them up and peoples perspectives (notice when they dance in the crowd the people stand there totally still uninterested... just watching) its meant to show the world just watching on to see how their situation 'pans' out (the drone camera is literally 'panning' in and out of them all the time)... newjeans themselves try their best to just have fun while they look for 'help'.. they eventually find it.. but even then their car being towed is metaphorically showing they are still here for now but their 'situation' simply has a temporary band aid and is still broken. The ducks are prominent throughout the whole video and its said they signify how hybe views newjeans as the'ugly ducklings' of their girl groups. HYBE then started region blocking and deleting comments from the official video which adds fuel to this theory as well. oh i forgot the lyrics themselves.. its about being happier after leaving a 'toxic' relationship.. tired of the drama, like biting an apple (poison apple like snow white.. they even show a venomous spider as they sing this line). on surface level you'd assume they are talking about a boy... but its possible they are reffering to hybe. (the little demon in their storyline)

Guide about NCT group (read this full to understand):- NCT (Neo Culture Technology) is a kpop boy group under SM entertainment (one of the Big4 kpop companies in Korea) that debuted in 2016 .They earlier had a concept of adding new members each year until their agency had stopped it in 2023. So, currently they have 26 members. The thing about NCT music is that they are experimental in general (NEO is their music genre) which means most of their songs are unique which can have mixed opinions. Some of their songs will grow on you if you give them more listens. The whole NCT group is broken down into different individual smaller groups which we refer them as 'subunits'. There are six NCT subunits/subgroups explained below :- 1) NCT 127 2) NCT DREAM 3) WAYV 4) NCT DJJ 5) NCT WISH 6) NCT U 1) NCT 127 [one two seven] => fixed unit that debuted in 2016 , currently having 9 members (debuted with 7 then added 2 members in 2017 and one more in 2018. After 2018, one member left to join another NCT subunit called 'WAYV'). The '127' represents the longitude of Seoul, South Korea where kpop is originated. This is the main unit of NCT that start from Seoul to all over the world. 2) NCT DREAM => fixed unit with 7 members (5 members + 2 youngest members from NCT 127) debuted in 2016 after NCT 127. They earlier had a graduation concept where members should leave the unit after they turn 20 but later their agency got rid of it in 2020. Their songs were youthful & bubbly from their debut era. Now, the members have grown up and their songs also had matured. 3) WAYV [We Are Your Vision] => fixed unit currently having 6 members (were 7 earlier until one member left due to a scandal) debuted in 2019. They are the Chinese unit of NCT and their songs are in Mandarin/Chinese and mainly promoted in China (considered as Cpop). Their original unit name was supposed to be 'NCT VISION' but it was changed to 'WAYV' due to political issues b/w Korea & China. 4) NCT DJJ => The trio subunit consisting of members who were in NCT 127 & debuted in 2023. DJJ stands for DoJaeJung which are the first syllables of the names of members Doyoung, Jaehyun and Jungwoo from NCT 127. 5) NCT WISH => The last and final fixed subunit of NCT having 6 members where the members were selected through a survival show called 'NCT Universe: Lastart' in 2023. They are the Japanese subunit of NCT and will be promoting in Japan. They have a pre release single released last year called 'Hands Up'. Their official name is now 'NCT WISH' (Earlier, it was NCT New Team) and they debuted on February 2024 with 'Wish' . 6) NCT U [United] => The first NCT unit that debuted in 2016 before NCT 127 & NCT DREAM. NCT U is the rotational unit of NCT where any member of NCT can be a part of it. There are no fixed members in this unit meaning the member lineup can change according to the songs. The lineup is chosen randomly based on the concept of the song. (Simply put, it is a mix&match/collaborative NCT unit). Also, there were certain NCT projects/albums where all members unite as a whole to participate ( without random selection like in NCT U). These NCT projects are explained below: 1) NCT 2018 Empathy => This was formed in 2018 when NCT had 18 members. Released a performance MV called 'Black on Black' on which all 18 members performed. 2) NCT 2020 Resonance => This was formed in 2020 when NCT became 23 members. Their first digital release as a group after Moonbin passed made a lot of Arohas bawl. So if you’re up for it, check out Circles. It’s not a sad song. It’s actually a little upbeat, but the message is beautiful and seeing them spending time together is bittersweet. This one has subtitles so you’d be able to appreciate the lyrics. Then they released a previously recorded duet of Moonbin and JinJin but never before released, which made Arohas cry again. It was such a precious gift to hear MoonBin’s voice sing a song that we had not heard before, as if he was still with us. The title is Fly. Sadly, no subs but if you check out the lyrics, they hit differently again because of what happened. It’s just like Eunwoo’s birthday message to Moonbin when he did the cover for Love is Gone (another beautiful song worth checking out), every song that we listen to seems to be about Moonbin now.

Astro was a six member group MJ, Jin Jin, Cha Eunwoo, MoonBin, Rocky and Sanha. Rocky one of the rapper left the group in February 2023 and MoonBin passed away in April 2023 so now only 4 members but will always be 6 members in Aroha heart

He is the best of both worlds - he is serious and hardworking when he needs to be, but he is carefree and fun-loving whenever possible. He is also very humble and kind. He is my favorite idol in all of K-Pop due to his talent and wonderful personality.

I was smiling and nodding at many points in your reaction. I know you are not faking it because the feelings you’re describing are exactly the same ones I went through when I first started listening to them. I couldn’t understand why I wanted to cry as well. The songs were not sad. Then it hit me. They’re nostalgic. They remind me of the good times that are gone. Not to say that there are no good times to be had anymore but just that you can’t experience them again for the first time and all you’re left with are these bittersweet feelings. They have many songs that evoke this feeling. This is in my opinion their true essence. They may dabble in different genres but at the root of it is their songs and the way they execute them make you feel happy and remind you of the good times. Please keep checking out their discography. You won’t be disappointed!

He edits them all!❤ he’s really one of a kind. He has also directed and edited music videos for a number of other artists like IU and IKON Bobby. Ian has Bipolar type 1 and D.I.D (dissociative identity disorder aka multiple personality disorder). His music and videos explore those subjects, they include his “alters”. “Alters” are basically other personalities that live in one person (they have different memories, attitudes, habits, tones etc). Ian blacks out when he switches. The alters he has included in his work so far are (you can find them in his MVS): MITO He takes over during Ian’s manic lows. He is destructive but also Ian’s protector. He holds Ian’s trauma and keeps it all locked away. In music videos he can be seen wearing dark clothes, an eye ring on his finger, he has one white eye, and his voice is made very deep. Mito recorded the song Skins and also shot the mv.
