Physical expression is so important for healthy integrated body and brain development. As children, physical somatic expression was repressed in nearly all of us, which has led to feelings and emotions getting stuck in our bodies, unable to be processed and released.
This is a form of trauma; an incomplete emotional experience leads to patterns of circumnavigation, attempting to get your needs met in other ways, instead of through the original way we were meant to meet those needs - through physical and emotional expression.

Camping is available at some of our retreats, yes!
Thanks for all you do! Men do need to open up more, but not because they've been shamed to. Your group teaches men that they're good AND should open up, unlike the current feminist narrative, which is that men are BAD AND they should open up. Key difference.
I hope men of all religions and even those who are not religious are included with acceptance and understanding. Men are interested in spirituality without dogma or politics
This video was really a turn off for me. It's men talking like women! Not was I was expecting. Where is the masculinity, the brotherhood and the message that it's ok to be a MAN! There's just so much pressure on men to behave like women and that expressing their masculinity is bad or toxic.
Damn right, these dudes are immasculated men. Teaching men to behave like women will only end in disaster.
It's more than "OK to be a man", it's needed! I'm curious what does "being a man" mean to you?

I went to a retreat in J-tree it was life changing. From Tracy Ca. 209!!! I highly recommend going, or finding a local group to join/start!
Love the idea and would go if I could afford it... $4000 for a week..
