I bought the new tailights from Ebay Kleinezeigen.

Well so far it's been a few days since I put it on and no cop has said anything.I met a guy with an Audi at a car and coffee meet in Wake Forest last weekend and has euro plates in the front and the back. He told me that he has no problem with it since all they have to do is run his plate It's not the matter of if I get pulled over, only when but the tag is registered so they can run it and it will show up in their system as registered.I will let you know if that happens and what they said to me. I'm still working on getting the front license plate with the same tags because the letters don't match the rear but who cares right?lol In the state of NC they only require a rear license plate. I don't have a sunroof just a hard top if that answers your question.

@@opelmotorsamerica180 Cool. I've displayed my euro plates, front and back, of the same characters going to and from CaC but also had my state/county plate displayed in my rear window in case I did get pulled over. My euro plates are original and not the same as my registered plate.

@locutist Do you have the characters on your US plate printed on the euro plates? That's what I did. I always keep my US plates in the trunk in case I get pulled over but I don't display them on the window because in NC that is illegal so whether I display the US plate on the window or not I will still get pullednover anyway. Just curious what did you use to stick your US plate in the rear without scratching the back window?

@@opelmotorsamerica180 No, my US plate do not match my euro plates. I only display the euro plates for cars and coffee. I display the US plate in and around the trim of the rear window.

Yeah I always get mistaken for a holden but I explain to them that it's a vauxhall than they are completely lost because they don't know anything beyond what they've seen in the US but I tell them that there's other foreign GM brands besides Holden and Opel.

@@opelmotorsamerica180 Lmao, that’s funny. Their heads would spin if they took a trip overseas, or even to Mexico. I see Chevy SSs with the Holden badges occasionally which is a cool sight. The whole topic of badge engineering is so interesting to me.

Its a shame but what can you expect from GM. This is not the first time they discontinued a great car they did not advertise and it won't be the last time either.

With shipping and all the parts I ordered in a span of two years we are looking at a total of $6,000.

Believe it or not I’ve seen more Tourx owners converting to the Sports Tourer than the grand sport injection.

Not an issue and it still uses the same cruise control since the front and rear bumpers are both just replacement skins for the Tourx. You can also use the rear sensors from the original bumper and use them on the new bumper. Overall perfectly fine

I already dropped it about a 1/2 inch lower front and rear so it looks perfect and it’s still safe enough to drive it without a lot of scraping on speed bumps and pot holes.

Thank you. So far I have gotten a new set of wheels and now working on getting the eibach sports springs to give a nicer stance but once that is done I will give you guys an update on it.

For now no chrome delete. Focused on getting eibachs to lower the car
