Stairway to heaven was an exciting up beat and full of rock energy - this was not! Stop playing for the judges and get back to entertaining the fans! Skillful ? Sure maybe but very boring, drawn out with useless obscure music and a song like stairway should not put you to sleep however this rendition sure does.. You have destroyed the identity of the ONCE GREAT HAWTHORNE CABALLEROS!

What TOTAL CRAP! Talk about ruining one of the great Drum Corps with all this DCI Artistic BS focusing on everything except being entertaining.. Save the Artsi Crap for classical orchestras and DCI ... DCA IS TRUELY DEAD - How dare they call themselves The Caballeros My God not even close - just sounds like another generic DC..

you can't see any close ups or even recognize the corps from their uniforms

DCA and DCI they're all like marching bands these days no longer a real drum and bugle Corps. I was in the sun rises from 1964 through 1968 oh, that's one drum and bugle Corps has Were Real Drum and bugle Corps has not marching bands like today

I'm sorry. I just watched this whole thing and was very disappointed. I marched with a couple of predecessors of these guys in the '50's and '60's (you know; GD bugles) and can't believe how low Drum Corps has sunk. Not much bugle playing, but lots of xylophone (?) playing and an over-populated color guard. I heard these guys won the national championship a few years ago, so I came looking for this to see how they looked. I'll go back to watching the 1960 Skyliners. I think you should too.

These comments honestly disgust me. To the performers y'all honestly did amazing, like you sound great and visual wise you look amazing. To the grown ass people who are hating on these performers, all i can read is you saying that this was garbage and that it isnt the same as old styles corps. If you have a problem with it follow your own damn advice, get off your ass and how about you make some change to the activity then since you are so passionate about it. Like you said, talk to higher up people like designers and corp owners. Youre not gonna do it? Then stop complaining on these performers video of their FINAL run together as a group of that year. Did you not learn the saying if you dont have anything nice to say then dont say it at all? Apparently not, so just stop. Nobody wants to hear your damn opinion. The activity is evolving what a shock, can you do anything to stop it? No. So grow the hell up and stop complaining. I grew up listening to the Cabs. This is quite different from back in the day but I guess it has to be. This is the first time I'm watching a recent performance.

IN KNOW WAY IS THIS A " WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP " OF ANY KIND. SHOULD HAVE THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE, WHAT HAPPENED TO REAL DRUM AND BUGLE CORPS??????,SO SORRY.

This show was topped off with RAIN. I remember sitting on the 50 up top and thinking the GE was going to jump.

Wow, these have gotten really good. I took a few years away from corps for a while and I had no idea they ramped things up this much.

Did anyone notice at 3:18, there was a rifle drop by a guard member? The other guard member grabbed it, in sequence and it's almost as if it was a part of the show. I watched it over several times lol.

Internal disagreements ? Really ? You may do well to listen to them . They are the musicians who do the blood, sweat and tears and bear most of the costs as well. Without the musicians who actually are the show, you have a ballet troupe on a grass stage with prerecording . That is a fact .Those who have attempted to devolve this once unique venue to an equal opportunity PC spectacle of mediocrity have missed the mark. Critique unfair ? Dont post vids . Hopefully the playing members within who have voiced their critique to the direction will be seriously considered and accepted with truly open understanding and support . The real shame would be on those who would just play the game .

Was the closer the same source music as crown '13? it sounds familiar. Awesome show!
