    YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND THIS YOGA. GADA Should only be made from wood and from the wood that heals. Metal has a different energy.

      this is a mace, not gada, I understand what you mean by using wood, but with steel handle allows more weight distribution along the mace.

      Don't get bogged down in dogma. Dogma stifles the flow.

    What about making a long nipple and using pvc pipe spacers if not maxing out capacity? Also, over time could you just get more handles of different lengths to add variety? Even to make a club?

    I made one just like this except i used the 1.5" diameter nipples for weight holding end. This way i could use my olympic weights that i already owned.

    Going to be picking up parts for one of these today! I'll be coating the handle with something, thinking plastidip. Thanks!

    I have a question. Can I use a generic steel barbell and standard weights to make a macebell? The ones that come in a set? I was hoping to be able to do so, because the steel maces themselves are very expensive. Also, if I keep using rhis customized macebell, will it damage the setup over the long run?

    How much weight can this hold and how do I make it hold more weight if I wanted to go heavier?

    Thanks for the video. Just an idea. If you add an end cap to the other end of the handle you could fill the pipe with sand and give the handle some weight as well. Then it would be just like a traditional solid mace. I'm curious how much the parts cost you in total?

      Handle not having weight is what makes it more effective. Otherwise getting solid round bar is quite east

    Are you using Black iron for your pipe or galvanized?

    • @zezimasr1
      @zezimasr1 3 роки тому

      Galvanized. Works fine with black iron, but because of the hand friction it get a bit messy =)
