BEEF STIR FRY / Super Easy And Delicious 😋
BEEF STIR FRY
tbsp - tablespoon
tsp - teaspoon
INGREDIENTS :
Step 1:
* Beef fillet strips - 1/2 kg
* Dark soy sauce - 1 tbsp
* Light soy sauce - 1 tbsp
* Oyster sauce - 1 tsp
* Ground black pepper - 1/2 tsp
* Salt - 1/2 tsp
* Cornstarch - 2 heaped tbsp
* Oil - 3 tbsp
Combine all the above ingredients in a bowl and keep aside:
Step 2:
* Heat a wok, add 1 tablespoon of oil, 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of garlic and ginger each. Stir for 1 minute.
* Add the beef strips ,salt to taste (1/2 tsp ) , 1/2 teaspoons of ground black pepper.
* Next add 2 teaspoons of dark soy sauce and continue to stir on high flame for 10 minutes.
* Once beef is almost cooked, add 3 large diced onions 🧅 . Cook for 5 minutes . Taste and adjust seasoning accordingly .
* Last garnish with green ( spring ) onions .
* Enjoy yummy 🤤 stir fried beef .
* Serve with sweet and sour .
