A lot of these videos do more harm than good. Nothing on reinstallation of drain plug, how tight, advisory on over-tightening etc. Which is the most important part of the service, since the splash pan is going to cover it up. Oil level, at least you can check and add more. Probably this is a good video for a seasoned mechanic who is merely curious.

Sorry but the 2019 Buick Encore requires 4.2 US quarts of oil ( 4 litres ). Start with 4 qts run the engine for 1 or 2 minutes while resetting the oil life stop the engine and check the oil level. Too much oil is not good for the engine either especially for “ boosted “ engines.
