Fresh agnolini pasta should always be kept refrigerated, just like other types of fresh pasta. Place it inside a floured kitchen towel. In the refrigerator, it will last for about two days without going bad.
If you have a vacuum sealer, it's even better. Just put the pasta in the vacuum bag and seal it. Then, place it in the refrigerator, and it will last up to seven days if vacuum-sealed.
