have you heard the Hadith saying a strong muslim is better than weak muslim? MMA is about strenght and battle. and its against non muslims as well so no problem there either. Habib even once said i dont wanna win by nockout and beating i wanna win by choke and submission

Here is an authentic hadith from Bukhari: Sahih al-Bukhari 6114 Narrated by Abu Huraira: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "The strong is not the one who overcomes the people by his strength, but the strong is the one who controls himself while in anger." When we use hadith as evidence for something, we should always try to consider the entire Sunnah. Fundamentally, there is nothing wrong with the opinion that a Muslim should strive to be physically strong. However, from the moment I demonstrate this strength through actions that are clearly haram, something is amiss. Regarding Khabib's statement that he wants to win his fights not by knockouts but by submission, I wonder why he didn't just remain a wrestler participating in wrestling competitions, which would even be in line with the Sunnah and absolutely unproblematic since there is no striking involved, and he could have demonstrated his strength there as well. Another undeniable point is the negative impact that Khabib and similar figures have on Muslim youth. I now see so many young people, some as young as 10 or even younger, signing up for MMA training. There, they learn how to knock someone out and neglect their Islamic education entirely. They can hardly recite anything from the Quran but know how to injure someone as efficiently as possible. I don't know what it's like in other parts of the world, but here in Germany, MMA and its representatives like Khabib have an enormously catastrophic influence on Muslim youth. As for your statement that it is absolutely unproblematic from an Islamic perspective to strike a non-Muslim in the face, you would need to provide evidence for that. In conclusion, I believe there are plenty of halal ways and sports for a Muslim to promote and demonstrate physical strength without participating in MMA.
