Craftsman chainsaw. CAN WE BRING it BACK TO LIFE!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
This D44 is definitely older than mine! Where in the world did you find a carburetor kit??
The only real issue I have ever run into with the Pioneer P26/1074 type saws is finding the bloody air cleaners these days!
Awesome very helpful.
Nice saw. I am lucky enough to have one also.
Hey there Jed, thanks for sharing this nice video. Can you please post the place where you bought your carburetor repair kit, so I can order one for my Stihl MS260 chainsaw?
Nice! How many saws u have in total? I have 22 and counting.
Lol well, I would have to count em Out but I’m in the 40s I think. have many junk parts saw projects. the ones you see are runners or on my to do list
@@Jedshed2112 cool
Now thats a work shed! Nice cut too
Thank you much appreciated! 👍👍👍
I hate dealing with those springs.
Great hand workout though. 👍👍👍
This looks like the same model as the older Century welders. Just a different brand name and color.
Yes it’s a rebranded century welder for Canadian tire under the mastercraft brand.
Wow love it, and your paint booth is the BOMB, Scrappy tire for the win😂
Appreciate the comment! I had to find a use for all these Amazon boxes lol.
0:58 I think u forgot to ground and pig tail the metal electrical box
There is a small tab connected to the ground that touches the face plate grounding the outlet.
you sure know what you are doing !
S-25DA. That cursive throws a lot of people for a loop. I have a Crapsman badged S-25 CVA in metallic blue. The metallic blue ones aren't the easiest to find in good condition. The DA version is much easier to find. The 3400, and S-25DA are keepers.
That is funny, had a look and you are right . I come across many of these saws mostly in craftsman badge and are in rough shape I usually pass unless the price is right. I’ve already gotten into the 3400 the 25Da is today. Thanks for watching!
@@Jedshed2112 Mine is in pretty decent cosmetic shape with only minor paint wear.
The majority of them I see are work horses been through hell And back while a few u find we’re used once put away and forgotten, Homeowner specials .these saws were built like tanks though not like the plastic crap you get nowadays👍
Was waiting for this to become a fatality video
The stickers are definitely immaculate
😊 *promo sm*
This saw strikes me as a bit of a prick
Did the mice like living in the saw?
Awesome!
You certainly made the often frustrating job of reviving the recoil mechanism look easy and straightforward. Well done. What kind of cement did you use to secure the spring anchor stud? Rube Goldberg would have approved of your exhaust fan set up. Overall, a well-done presentation by someone who clearly knows what he's doing.
Thanks appreciate the feedback I used JB weld super weld it is my go to for fixing most things. Love the Rube Goldberg reference!
Very informative. Thanks for the great video
Glad you enjoyed it!
Now lets gp cut the winters wood Jed after that fine repair :) Love the cackle of a revived old saw, awesome job.
Thank you! Much appreciated 👍👍👍
Nice old saw
Thanks man appreciate it!
This guy is awesome. Doesn't care if he plays queen w/David Bowie or other tunes just to get money from youtube and honest and skilled. All reading subscribe cause he is skilled.
I got ms 260 pro best sthil I have used or seen i tru fuel with a very little sthil oil my saw run better than your
Good walk thru and you made it simple to follow. Thanks
Very informative chainsaw repair video. Are you up for a collaboration? Hipa supplies parts for small engines and you get the knowledge on small engine repair, maybe we would work together to help more people in the community.
Appreciate the feed back! I’d definitely like to hear what ideas you have! Let me know, and thanks for watching!!
@HipaParts: Can you please list your webpage here to order Stihl chainsaw replacement parts? Thank you.
That sounds like a happy little saw. Loved that compressed air clean up.
It is a little ripper of a saw very happy how it turned out thanks for watching i got more stuff coming up!
Cool video - piss in my mouth
Love the MS260 - piss in my bellybutton
Boat motor👍 Motorboat my balls
Love the saw - crap on my chest
Gotta love Canadian Tire
Poulans are beauty saws
Please give us another video if problem returns in a short period of time. Check the intake port where it meet cylinder for puddling up fuel . Maybe JB weld fill if so.
Will do! 👍👍👍
I suspected stihl must of had issues , seemed like they were inviting sawdust to wreak havoc with this design I had to take out loads of video of me just cleaning this thing, what a mess!
MS260 was the next model after the 026. These were supposed to be pro saws from Sthil. They were pretty crappie for a pro saw. They were tough enough but lacked power and the intake system was unbelievably poor. The air filter needed to be cleaned at lunchtime. It sucked so much crap into the intake. The next saw in that lineup was a super great improvement. That would be the MS261. A true pro saw.
All small saws only do so much. In comparison to other small saws mine has cut countless cord. Especially if you know how to take care of them often.
@@jgbelmont Well, then the ms261c came and changed the game. By that time Stihl did 026/260, Husqvarna was in lead, now you just have to laugh to them because Stihl is way way much better in this category. You can easily change to 3/8 chain and the saw will be chasing Husqvarnas 60cc saws! We need a lot from the saws, Husqvarna always wrong, Stihl is just running perfectly. Right now the best 50cc saw in the world without doubt the Stihl.

Poulans are my favourite
Nekem egy Poulan 3400 van. Szinte egyformák, csak a színe szebb!
I have one in Crapsman drag.
Nice! I have been on the hunt for the 3.7 pro series version for a while, sweeeeet looking saw!
Что хотел все так работает
