Had dealings with hermes I'd take parcels in for my neighbours and I'd ask hem to put a card in they're door to let them know I was told yes I'll do that but I had a parcel in my hallway waiting to be collected for 4 days until I dropped it round my neighbour told me they get sent a message on they're phone but don't always receive it so I told the deliverer to put a card in not to bother messaging because of what happened she refuse so I didn't take in the parcel she th tells my neighbour I had been rude and sworn at hr which was lie she also said your houses are attached why didn't you give it to them sooner I told her I'm not a delivery boy that's you your getting paid I'm not my neighbour picked up a parcel didn't say hello didn't say thankyou just walked off after 30 years they believe that bitch tell never again am I helping anyone out again cos you get no thanks

I did a claim for lost parcel but after 3 wks,they said I couldn't claim as they have a list of items they won't pay pay on,the list is massive,so I'm gonna look into ombudsman as I'm sure they can't do that,
