There are hundreds of these, look at me, look at me, look at me, I want attention youtube videos. Females that are so desperate for attention, that they permanently disfigure themselves with ugly tattoos. They seriously need some mental health care.

Exercise was the only thing that helped me with my IST. It helped for so long I forgot I had it lol. Until I stopped exercising. I’m starting exercising again but definitely want to fix this. Considering the new ablation procedure by HEAL - IST .

Thanks for the very insightful video.I live with chronic anxiety and depression, and through a series of events it seems I have a tachycardia with no clear underlying causes. I'm coming to terms that after six or eight weeks, this may be an ongoing chronic condition, and I found your video and experience helpful.

trying to get real medical care is enough to kill a person. I've been falling down and have high heart rate, syncope. Been sent to special hospital and regular. have test done and wait months for help with what is found on tests. I have never had such bad medical in my life and I'm old. Then one NP took away heart meds I had been using claiming they were the problem. Since then I am suffering dizzy all the time, I can not have anesthetic and found ot it is dangerous to just stop old heart med (that worked). Lousy health care is killing more people than diseases. If female they don't believe you.

There’s a massive misconception: FYI to everyone: sinus tachycardia is not the same thing as inappropriate sinus tachycardia. Sinus tachycardia is very common. Inappropriate Sinus tachycardia is rare. People also confuse POTS with IST.

I have sinus tachycardia and have had it managed for over 19 years. My blood pressure is always low due to taking acebutolol. For the most part it works but last few months I feel I am winded more and tired and have more palpitation's. Even walking up the stairs. Try magnesium. I also take vitamin c, b12. I have psoriasis so I also have an autoimmune. I am eating healthier and drinking water with lime. I hope you feel better this does suck. Everyday I worry. I live in AZ as well.

Just been diagnosed after two years of struggle. I'm now on ivabradine which has changed my life. I only take 2.5 mg and sometimes 5mg per day pending what I'm up to and so far all is good. My daughter has Pots and is also on ivabradine 5mg x2 daily with good effect. So ivabradine is good for both. There has been some research that mentions a possible cross over between ist and pots. Ivabradine also doesn't drop Bp. Good luck and all the best. Ps is a pacemaker an option?

IST, SVT, Sjogrens, Migraines, Insomnia over here. I had a loop recorder put in, no answers. I have been on all of the beta blockers, currently Corlanor. My electrophysiologist doesn't want to do an ablation because I would need a pacemaker, which at this point I am fine with but he says he thinks I will "grow out of it". I am 42! I was active my entire life, gymnastics, dance, cheer, all through college and then suddenly about 7 years ago all of this started. Nobody gets it because I don't "look" sick. It is so frustrating and most people just don't get it. I am at the point now where most of the time I just push through it but I worry about the long term impact on my heart. My dad just had a triple bypass. Thank you for sharing your story, it feels good to hear from someone who gets it.

@@sahibasheikh7702 I agree. Yea, it seems like Cov!d damaged my heart as well. I hear a lot of Post Cov!d patients experiencing same if not similar symptoms. Doctors can't really help them so they blame everything on anxiety and those anxiety meds unfortunately sometimes causes heart to stop beating suddenly. Recently, I've been prescribed an anxiety med call Buspar 5mg. I'm afraid to take it since I fear that I might end up like those that are unfortunate dealing with the same issues as me. Doctors don't care. When I went to ER for the second time complaining about my symptoms, this guy told me to ignore it even if my heart is 200bpm. He knows and I know as well...we're not stupid. If your heart rate is 200bpm without doing much or it fluctuates a lot between 150-200bpm or 130-168bpm, you're under a great risk for sudden heart attack or cardiac arrest. But he doesn't care. These doctors are the devil in the medical field we should watch out for.
