The job of today's manager is to execute a script as has been generated by the FO. Of course the manager can make some in game decisions but it doesn't happen a lot. If Schneider is fired is let go, Atkins won't be far behind since this will be his second bite at hiring a manager. If Atkins is let go, there is a possibility that Schneider will be let go by the new GM.
