The nature of the QB position, in the NFL, is that he has to be some kind of leader. That doesn't necessarily mean getting in guy's faces, and it has to be genuine, authentic to his personality. This team needs leaders on the field. Kraft has the make up to be a leader, as does Jacobs, on the field and off. I think as these guys grow into their roles leaders will emerge, and they need to, to get to the ultimate goal of bringing home the Lombardi Trophy. Go Pack Go!

Got to get stronger in the weight room

Anyone calling for LaFleur's job is just spoiled. Who are you going to bring in that's better? LaFleur has a .670 winning record after 6 season and has gone to the playoff 5 of those seasons. Look it up, almost all of the coaches in NFL history with a better winning percentage are pre 1990s and mostly 1920s era. Jim Harbaugh and Don Shula are the only modern coaches to do better.

I wish greenbay would explore ofher options.Lafluer is just not a good coach and he is getting worse.

Matt’s perpetual deer-in-the-headlights look on the sidelines,…when he’s not whining, pouting, crying, complaining to the refs or to one of his assistants,…his boneheaded long developing trick plays to Reed in the red zone that continuously go for 4 yard losses when you need just 1,…his inability to pull a brutally struggling qb who is clearly injured, in favor of a qb who is a dynamic runner,.. tells me he will never win a Super Bowl. This was Matt’s 6th season, not his first or second, folks.

With a gm that regularly misses on first rounders, he has no chance. Roster has no real stars.

I haven't seen anything that makes me think MLF is capable of winning a superbowl.

Woodson and Driver, in my opinion, were the leaders in 2010. Rodgers never got back when he was the guy. I’d like a good WR veteran to come to GB, teach the youngsters how to be pros. Jacobs and Kraft are leaders. The OL has veteran leadership. The problem is with the WRs.

The GB game in Minneapolis was Darnold's last good game.

I was at the GB-Minn. game at Lambeau, and I remember thinking, THIS is Sam Darnold? I kept waiting for the "real" Darnold to show up, the one that had underperformed. After a while I thought, maybe he IS for real! Then he finally showed his true colors. i for one was not that surprised.

It is VERY difficult to get to a SB. Guys like Reid and Belichick make it look like it's common. It surely isn't.

Bob and Tyler are awesome. Read them regularly in Packer Plus. I particularly like McGinn's experience as he knows NFL history from WAY back. Drives me nuts when I hear videos and the supposed expert can't even pronounce names correctly.

Bruce Smith: the best DE, with no doubt, but a true fan favorite for Buffalo. He was great on, but even more off the field! Great for the city. Loved watching him play.

Josh has proven that he can raise the level of talent on the offense almost all by himself. We need another blue chip DE, even one who could be 80% of what Bruce was and the Bills would be the next dynasty!
