This piece wants to tell you the story about ancient life of the western and southern Asia. Alternative music straight from master Jamal. It is unpredictable as life itself.
This sounds like a 5 year old with a ukulele
I don't think so!
We can't be surprised by nonsense . I came just to see what the creator wrote I had no idea of listening and the unryhtmical ideas I'm hearing in their right hand coupled with the amateurishness of the incorrectly voiced left hand . When this person matures he'll look back perhaps...
this was just some old ass recording now its better, I played it and won a competition, but there were also some other pieces.
I do wish that Rachmaninoff recorded his own sonatas. Would've been quite an experience, to hear such a rich and demanding piece being played by the composer himself.
What is the source of this recording? Where was the performance, who recorded it, and where and when was it found? And, how do we know it's Rachmaninoff playing?
not liszt
I dont think so!
Is it really my performance? This is so poor

Nice try, Diddy
I don’t suppose he ever recorded it, but Rachmaninov played Alkan’s “Comme le vent” op. 39, no. 1 in his 1919 concert programmes. Under his nimble fingers, that may have been quite electrifying - well worth the hearing.
Why do Think this is fake
I'm amazed he sought out unknowns like the great Alkan . He also said after hearing Schnabel play Schubert he wasn't aware there were Sonatas ! I must find the book with these old programmes . I would be amazed to find some new Rach recordings .Wasn't aware that any were loss .Amazing that we have him in all 5of his concertante works but no live or radio broadcasts !
I’ve heard tell that someone once stumbled upon Rachmaninov practicing Chopin’s double third Etude - at a snails pace. Very slowly, deliberately and accurately. Playing the Alkan that way, it seems to me, would be quite grueling but necessary,

Completely fake and very bad playing so quite insulting.
Nice, it's Sandor Liszt who plays.😅
It s a terribile playing such a dislectical rubato.Never would Liszt indulge in such a bad taste.Disgusting
@@ioiomichalicki2911 yes i think he is 100% a pianist that this guy would win the chopin competition but he is just to good so he doesnt want to participate
I think that this playing is brilliant and you just do not understand it!
Liszt died 2 years before the first piano recording. Unfortunately, we will never hear Liszt playing
imagine being that guy in the class... yah you
report! clickbait
No!
yes!
that's cap 🧢
Hmmm... I do not usually wear them so i do not know
This restoration is truly amazing. Somehow makes it sound 76 years, 4 months and 7 days ahead of every other recording at the time. Seriously, listen to a Brahms Edison roll then this one. You are fantastic with audio.
Daddy Liszt is that you 🥺
Of course not.
As everyone else is saying, this is almost certainly fake. The audio effects sound nothing like other old recordings, no static, it just sounds like someone added in a pitch lowering effect. Also even if this is real, I think the interpretation is shit
Liszt never recorded. Have you been reading about Joyce Hatto for inspiration? Pathetic ........
U not fooling anybody 😭🙏🏽
I Cant belive I really have to explain it once again but i feel obliged this guy put a recording of the etude just an octave lower. Trust me I would give alot of money to hear my favorite composer play but this aint it. Listen to the clarity in the background no static. For example you can find many recordings of Liszt pupils like Von Sauer and Lammond on youtube recorded in 1920-1930 the audio is full of static and its really really bad. IF THIS was an actual recording of Liszt it should have been somewhere around the 1880s so you can imagine HOW BAD it would sound...
Yes. I agree with this comment. I would also have the freak out fan girl moment of my life if I could heard my music hero play. But, like you said, a recording from the 1880s would sound nearly incomprehensible and cylinder recordings prior to 1888 are so few and far in between. An 1886 cylinder would be the edge of what technically could have been a reality.
Stop lying, especially when it's such a stupidly bad lie. Ignoring the fact that it is 100% certain that Liszt never made a recording, Liszt would never play such lack of rhythm and amateurish taste

Never seen such bs in my life
but what do you think about the interpretation?
@@officialinterpretations2804 its alr but clearly not Liszt playing, no recordings of him were made and if it was liszt the audio quality would be far worse
Terribile
This is 100% certified crap
trapaholics mixtape this is a certified hood classic
Who are you trying to deceive exactly?😂
What do you guys think about the interpretation? And please don't post fake comments!
It is unlikely that this is Liszt himself playing. It seems some of his pupils were recorded on Welte piano rolls, and from what I can tell this is the closest you can get to how Liszt would have sounded.
maybe it's his student!
his students also made real audio recordings! check out rosenthal, lamond, and friedman!
