You are given ONE focal lens, dear heart. Very clear thoughts. Going to listen to it again and read the script. I am paying attention to myself, but this is not enough and still making "mis take". I am having a conflict with myself regarding my procrastination and trying to do things perfectly, I am also feeling blocked, conflicted, frustrated and upset when the things that should be done are not done, even though I am feelings inside that this will make me happy. I have a wrong perspective, and I am extremely willing to change it. I am going to write down all my feelings and change how I look at the situation. I WAS STRUGGLING FOR MONTHS and never looked at that perspective. Thank you so so much for this video. This opens up a different perspective. A happier perspective.
